Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a subscription membership model that takes away the “middle man” and allows us to practice medicine the way it was meant to be. There is no hassle of “traditional healthcare” and no “Surprise bills” after the visits. Insurances are just not billed! No copays, no limits on visits. Full transparency on what to expect, so we can just focus on medical care.

Important Notes:
All memberships (except Employer Program) requires a minimum 3 months commitment.
You may cancel your membership anytime with 30 days notice after the initial period. If you cancel the membership and then sign up again, you will be charged a re-enrollment fee of $200.
Employer Program:
This program offers a cost-effective way to invest in your employees’ health and well-being, while giving you the flexibility to manage your team’s coverage as your business evolves.
Exclusive Discount: Employers receive a substantial discount on monthly DPC membership rates.
Direct Billing: The employer can be directly billed for all enrolled employees.
Flexible Management: Add, remove, or switch enrolled employees with ease — just provide at least 2 days’ notice before the start of a new billing cycle.
Minimal Commitment: This pricing is available with a minimum 12-month commitment. A shorter 6-month term is available with a 10% surcharge applied to the prices.
Group Size Requirement: The program requires at least 5 active employee enrollments at all times.

We will work with you to schedule after hours care, either in person or through Telemedicine. No extra charges!
Yes, we will not bill your insurances for the services that are included or the visits. But you can use your insurances for labs, imaging, Specialists visits as applicable. You are also highly recommended to have an insurance or health share program for catastrophic health events.
Due to Medicare policies, we are currently not able to actively enroll Medicare patients. We expect to change this soon and, in the meantime, we will keep your information on our Waitlist to be enrolled.

You are highly encouraged to go to Emergency room immediately for any life threatening emergencies. So please dial 911. We are able to provide referrals to Specialists. You may use your insurance for these services as applicable.
Sort of, but at much lower expense. Typically, in Concierge medicine, there is a high membership fee along with billing the insurance. In DPC, we do not bill insurance at all!
Yes. Most people with High Deductible plans will save extensively through DPC membership given its inclusive services for low cost. Although, We encourage to check with your providers to ensure these services are included.
You can receive all your primary care with us. We have partnership with labs for discounted prices. We will guide you to discounted Imaging services. Please note, you are advised to have insurance or Healthshare plans to cover for services that are outside of Primary care such as Specialty visits, Hospitalizations etc. Please call clinic for recommendations on Healthshare programs if interested!
